Drop Zone and Penalties 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
Yesterday I saw Tiger hit one of his shots into a drop zone circle. I know there is no penalty for this particular shot, although it's a bad place to try and hit from on your next shot.

What I am wondering is if you hit the ball into an unplayable area and use the drop zone, is there a penalty for using the drop zone?
